How PAS Supports Your Routine
PAS attendants are trained caregivers who assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) — the essential routines that make up daily life.
Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Bathing and personal hygiene
- Dressing and grooming
- Toileting and incontinence care
- Mobility and transfer support (bed, chair, walker, etc.)
- Feeding and meal assistance
Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Meal preparation and clean-up
- Grocery or medication pick-up (non-transport tasks)
- Medication reminders (no administration)
- Escorting within the home for safety
- Maintaining a clean and safe living environment
